In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Digital Goods/Products Refund Policy:

Since www.unicepts.in offers non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product download link is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the product, https://www.unicepts.in may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service describing the missing item;

Product Download: Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty-four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.

This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

Download issues: If You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product. https://www.unicepts.in recommends that you contact the support team for your browser provider, as https://www.unicepts.in ensures that our software can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network;

It may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product or its unzipping. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted within 2 days. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason;

Irreparable defects with the software: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for its approval of your refund request;

Product not-as-described: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. If you still think that the product is not-as-described, you must contact us within the period of 2 days after the order is placed. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 15 Business Days. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 15 Business Days from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full (minus Payment Gateway Charges) without any compensations or reimbursements. OR, at customer’s choice, replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered; Please be advised that temporary access to your web-host/server can be requested by our technicians in order to identify and fix the possible issues with our products. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide access to your sever will result in your inability to qualify for a refund. If our technical team finds that your web-host/server has compatibility issues our support team may deny for the refund request.

Major defects: Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported within 2 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the sales page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs (including web host) and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

Requests for a refund are accepted at Contact Us within a period of 2 days after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms of Use/Privacy Policy.
